This is what happens when a group of Madison Area Beverage Makers agree to a blind date! We were randomly paired up to create a unique collaboration that reflects both our talents. Luckily our breweries have a great love for Belgian-style brews, and both of us got our start as part of the class of 2018 of new breweries in the area!

 

We leaned into the Belgian-style creating a Biére Brut – a champagne-inspired ale – something neither brewery has attempted before! Our version leans on local Buckwheat from Meadowlark Organics to mimic the herbal, spicy notes of champagne.
