What better way to spend an hour than with cheese and beer? Join us and learn which cheeses and beers pair best together. During this class you will taste a range of beers (Ale, Tripel, Stout and Lager, for example) and learn to pair them with amazing Wisconsin cheeses. At 7:15pm, David from Lovefood Farm and our very own Jessica Jones will lead a discussion about the pairings they have curated for this flight night.

Lovefood Farm is a certified organic CSA and market farm in Stoughton, WI.
Farmer/owner David Bachuber will join us with 4-5 of his varietal heirloom tomatoes, which we will pair with some Giant Jones brews!
We’ll explore pairing principles, and gain an enhanced understanding of the flavors and aromas present as Giant Jones Brewer, Jessica Jones, guides us through each pairing and discusses how flavor compounds are developed in beer, and how the perception of those is enhanced, and shifts, when paired.
The $35 ticket price includes a take-home beer and tomatoes from Lovefood!
Following the tasting, you may also purchase additional items to take home and experiment with your own pairings
