Join us for the UW Madison Printmaking Student Spring Show as the current class reveals their works!
Gallery Night is a long-time Madison arts tradition that showcases the city’s vibrant arts community. Organized by MMoCA, Gallery Night offers art lovers and art novices alike an opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of exhibitions, opening receptions, special events, and demonstrations at venues throughout the city. During Gallery Night, dozens of venues open their doors to invite the public in to see and shop for original artwork.
Gallery Night takes place from 5-9 PM, though some participating venues set their own hours. All venues participating in Gallery Night are open free of charge.
We welcome artist Andy Rubin to our tasting room as his new work; Audubon Redone will be on display!
“After teaching Printmaking at Indiana University and as Master Printer at Tandem Press for more than 25 years, I have participated in a world of printmaking that has seen many changes, both stylistically and technically, from traditional multi-run color images, to piece work designed for large scale installations.” – Andy
We’re excited to have our walls covered with his artwork. Pieces will be on display through January!
Artists’ Night is run by artists for artists.
In solidarity with the artists of the Wisconsin Triennial, Giant Jones will be boycotting MMoCA Gallery Night this November.
Venues all over Madison will be participating in this alternative to the city’s traditional gallery night, whether they’re boycotting or not.
We will be open 4pm-10pm!
An after-party for Artists’ Night will be held at Giant Jones Brewing 8-10pm.
Join us for the announcement of the 2022 Forward Art Prize Winners and Finalists, and the opening of “Women’s Work 2022”, an exhibition celebrating Dane County Women Visual Artists who applied for this year’s Forward Art Prize.
Winners and Finalists will be announced at 6:30 pm.
