Every Wednesday we team up with our neighbors down the hall at ORIGIN Breads for a Pizza Night! ORIGIN makes the pies and we supply the dining area in our tasting room. They have also added assorted baked cookies/brownies & a seasonal salad for you to enjoy as well. You can then eat your dinner and have some beer here.
Pre-Order from ORIGIN’s website, select a “pick-up” time, and show up at our tasting room on Wednesday. When the pizzas are ready, they will be brought to our tasting room so listen for your name when called.
You can also order directly from your phone when you get here.
There is no reserved seating, tables are first come first serve so plan accordingly!
Our tasting room is open 4pm-8pm; pizzas start at 5pm.
Join us and explore a variety of artisan pickles, nuts and preserves with a beer pairing featuring Quince & Apple!
Quince & Apple handcrafts preserves, pickles, syrups and nuts right in the heart of Madison – and down the hall from our brewery! We’ll be pairing 4-5 of Quince & Apple’s artisan products with our Giant Jones brews!
We’ll explore pairing principles, and gain an enhanced understanding of the flavors and aromas present as Giant Jones Brewer, Jessica Jones, guides us through each pairing and discusses how flavor compounds are developed in beer, and how the perception of those is enhanced, and shifts, when paired.
The ticket price includes a take-home beer and preserve from Quince & Apple!
Following the tasting, you may also purchase additional items to take home and experiment with your own pairings!
