ORIGIN makes the pies\, and we provide the dining area in our tasting room! \nYou can order ahead OR day of and enjoy their delicious pizzas with a nice GJ beverage at your side. \nIf you pre-order\, when you arrive to Giant Jones\, please tell us your order number; we will then let ORIGIN know that you’re ready for them to fire up your pizza! \nAbout the pizzas: they’re naturally-leavened sourdough pizzas made with the same local ingredients and time-honored processes that ORIGIN Breads applies to their breads and pastries. Each week they’ll have the same core pizzas available\, and a different specialty pizza that changes week to week! You are also able to purchase their cookies & brownies to have after your pizza. \nIt’s our favorite night of the week\, so come check it out! \nGiant Jones Tasting Room is open 4pm-9pm; Pizzas are from 5pm-8pm.
