DESCRIPTION:Join us and explore some seasonal flavors with a beer and heirloom tomato pairing!\nLovefood Farm is a certified organic CSA and market farm in Stoughton\, WI.\n\nFarmer/owner David Bachuber will join us with 4-5 of his varietal heirloom tomatoes\, which we will pair with some Giant Jones brews!\n\nWe’ll explore pairing principles\, and gain an enhanced understanding of the flavors and aromas present as Giant Jones Brewer\, Jessica Jones\, guides us through each pairing and discusses how flavor compounds are developed in beer\, and how the perception of those is enhanced\, and shifts\, when paired.\n\nThe $35 ticket price includes a take-home beer and tomatoes from Lovefood!\nFollowing the tasting\, you may also purchase additional items to take home and experiment with your own pairings
