Strike Friday\, Jan. 30th.\n\n\n\nWe will be closed Friday\, January 30th to participate in the National Day of Action and call for a Nationwide Shutdown to protest ongoing ICE operations in Minnesota\, and across the country.\n\n\nWe stand in solidarity with those protesting and organizing to stop ICE terror in our communities.\n\n\nWe are upset\, scared\, hurting\, and angry about the federal government’s treatment of people in our communities\, and disregard for basic human rights.\n\n\n\nThe call for the shutdown means no work\, no school\, no shopping. We the people have the opportunity to demonstrate our power by withholding our labor and our dollars.\n\n\n\nThere will be a student walkout and rally on Library Mall at 2 p.m. followed by a march to the capitol and rally at the capitol at 3:30 p.m. @madisonsocialistalternative\n\n\n\nWhat does this mean for you?\n\n\nIf you choose to participate in Madison’s march on Friday\, we will have supplies for making signs at the brewery on Thursday evening.\n\n\n\nIf you are unable to participate\, keep your dollars local by visiting other small\, local businesses who need your support!\n\n\n\nYou can support us Thursday and Saturday during our regular hours – stop in to gather and connect in community!\n\n\nConsider donating to support those impacted by ICE actions such as @vocesdelafronterawi
