DESCRIPTION:Our friends at American Wine Project have a new wine release for you to enjoy so we’re throwing a release party! \nJoin us on Thursday as we pop 0pen bottles of AWP’s Wisco Nouveau. This wine is a delightful\, fresh bottling of their concord nouveau. Made with 100% hand-harvested Concord grapes! \n29 days carbonic maceration\, then pressed gently to a small stainless steel tank\, it was bottled shortly after fermentation with minimal intervention. \nThis will be available by the glass OR available in bottles t0-go. The winemaker\, Erin Rassmusen will also be hanging out for part of the night to chat about this and all her other delicious wines. \nOnly 30 cases made\, so you don’t want to miss this! \nAND since it was originally named Wisco Disco\, we’ll be playing Disco Music all night.
