    My name is whilden hughes from Janesville, wi. I am a sixth generation farmer currently operating 150 certified organic acres in rock county. This year I am raising organic rye as well and wheat and corn. We are in the middle of harvest right now in the wheat. 13-14% moisture, very low to non existent vomitixin levels, and a test weight around 57. I don’t have a protein or falling number but could easily get them. I really love selling locally and connecting with other people passionate about organic agriculture.   3. Hi; According to the Isthmus article, you already have quite a few contacts. However, I’d love to talk to you about possibilities.
    I have 5 acres close to town which is more or less “just sitting”. It’s not organic per sea (yet), but if your interested in growing whatever, I’d love to talk to you. I’d do the growing, you make the plant choices, you get the product-all at a remarkably reduced price b/c I have a job and income. Sometimes the universe just opens doors, this maybe one of those times for both of us.
